KingOfGadgets Delivery Information

Shipping is FREE for all orders placed in the United Kingdom.

KingOfGadgets.co.uk aims to arrange shipment of all ‘in stock’ items within 24 hours of receiving your order, but delivery can take up to 5 days depending on stock availability and security checks have been confirmed on your order. Your order may be delayed if the item is not in stock with our suppliers. Some items may be unavailable and the current stock status is approximate. If a product is out of stock, you may place a Preorder for the item or leave your email address which allows us to send an email when the item comes back into stock.

We can deliver outside the UK, by special arrangement. Please contact our Sales Team for details.

KingOfGadgets Returns Information

Faulty Goods:

If your product is faulty you are entitled to return it to us for a replacement or refund, subject to manufacturer warranties and timelines.

In order to process the return of a faulty good, please read the following carefully:

  • All faulty returns must be authorized by Customer Services before returning. We ask this as manufacturer warranties vary by product and the time frame in which they can be returned to us varies. It is also essential in order to ensure the correct returns form is filled in before returning your order.
  • This form allows us to sort and process your order as quickly as possible. Don’t worry, the form only requires a few questions to be answered and is quick and easy to fill in. Failure to complete the returns form can result in significant delays in processing your faulty return.
  • All sections of the returns form must be completed in order for us to process as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please ensure you provide the correct address you wish us to send your replacement to and remember to include your reason for returning and order number.
  • Faulty goods can only be replaced once the original has been returned to us.
  • All returns should be sent recorded and tracked delivery. This provides proof of our receivership. If we do not receive a returned item that has been sent without tracking, we are not liable to cover the cost or replace this item.
  • All faulty goods will be inspected and tested upon return. If the item is found to be working, or damaged due to natural wear or tear, or faulty as a result of human error, it will be returned to the customer. As such, please email or call us if in doubt.
  • All items and packaging must be included with your return. Failure to do so will result in a packaging fee or loss of entitlement to a replacement or refund.

Unwanted Items:

  • You may return any unopened item within 14 days of receiving it, for a refund or credit note. We will refund your card or issue a credit note once we have received and processed the item.
  • You may return any unopened item within 15-30 days of receiving it, for a credit note equal to the value of the product ordered. We will issue a credit note once the returned item has been received and processed by us.

  • We will only refund postage if the return is a result of our error.
  • We cannot refund or exchange an opened item unless it is faulty, or if the item was sent to you through our error.
